By purchasing and downloading any email list or database from DatabaseIndia, you agree to the following:
- You will use the data only for lawful B2B marketing purposes.
- You will not use the data to send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications that violate the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- You will not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the purchased data with any third party without our prior written consent.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- India's Information Technology Act, 2000
- India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023

7. Downloads and Delivery
- Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased file immediately from your account dashboard.
- Downloads are provided in .XLS (Excel) format unless otherwise specified.
- Each purchase grants you one licence for personal or business use within your organisation only.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
- If you have not yet downloaded the file and believe there is an error in your order, contact us at data@databaseindia.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your case and respond accordingly.
- If the product is materially different from what was described on the product page, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
